How we can help

Exercise in particular has been found to have a number of important benefits for people with fibromyalgia, including helping to reduce pain. You may find that you're not able to exercise as much as you'd like. However, an exercise programme specially suited to your condition can help you manage your symptoms and improve your overall health.

Our team of Neuro physiotherapists can design you a personal exercise programme, and help you access our facilities.

What do our members say?

"I don't feel quite so isolated when I go there. It’s somewhere I can go where everybody's in the same position".

“You can speak to people on the phone but a lot of my friends lead a different life, they're at work. It's hard to maintain the same friendships on the same basis. So having the Centre's great.”
