Join Sonia Jones each Thursday for standing and mat work Pilates. This session will focus on improving posture and core strength. We will also work on improving balance, joint mobility and flexibility. Suitable for people who can stand for a short period and then get to the floor.Also ideal for carers who may want to focus on back strength and posture.
You’ll need an exercise mat (or just the carpet if you feel comfortable) and enough room to move your arms and legs. Please wear clothing that is not too restrictive.Only take part for the time you feel comfortable, start slowly and build up to the 45 mins gradually.Don't exercise through pain and stop knowing you can do more.
