| Thank You to all of the people who volunteer their time and effort to the Swindon Therapy Centre for MS. Our volunteers were nominated for a Nationwide Community Award, and as Regional Finalists, received their award on 15 July 2008. |

The National Community & Heritage Awards Regional Presentations were made in the beautiful setting of Ashton Court Mansion near Bristol.

From left to right:-
John Hamilton, Ivor Keeble and John Petrie were the lucky volunteers to be drawn to represent ALL STC VOLUNTEERS
who, as a group, had won a Regional Winners Award in recognition of their voluntary work with the Swindon Therapy Centre.

Around forty recipients were present, representing all kinds of voluntary projects.
The selected Regional winners will go on to the National Finals which will be held in the Tower of London in November.

The Awards were presented to the various categories of volunteers by
representatives of the National Community Heritage Organisation in a very informal atmosphere
|

| The STC volunteers were not selected to compete in the National Finals, but neverthertheless were very honoured by receiving their Regional Winners Award. |

Professional photographs were taken of each group receiving their awards which will be sent to the various local media in the area of the recipients.
