We'd like to extend our congratulations to Ian Williams for sucessfully completing the Flora London Marathon.  This was Ian's first marathon and he completed the course in a very respectable time of 4hours, 14minutes.

We'd also like to say a VERY BIG THANK YOU to Ian who's 'marathon' effort has exceeded his initial estimate and raised over £2000 for the Swindon Therapy Centre For Multiple Sclerosis.

The money Ian has raised will make a tangible step towards the goals of our "Moving Soon" appeal.

I will not try to describe the day, just to mention that the support on the streets is absolutely incredible (well done to the people of London!) and it is right up there with the top experiences/challenges ever.

Thanks to Helen and the kids for their support not just in London but for the 16 weeks of training and also to family, friends and supporters of the MS Centre. Finally special thanks to Vicki Warren who has been a brilliant mentor.

Anyway I'm off for a few beers...
