Appeal for support - Are you 'the Outdoors Type'?

If you're the Rugged Outdoors type and would really like some fun in the countryside, whilst raising some money for The Therapy Centre at the same time, we have a couple of opportunities we would very much like some volunteers to take part!

MS Challenge (3-5 July) - Two days of carrying a person in a wheelchair around a forest in Wales. Great fun but usually VERY muddy (good for the skin?)

Great news in these times of recession. We want to tell you the exciting news that we have now completed the purchase on our new premises, Evolution House, Bridgemead, on the 17th April and we now need to push on with the refurbishment and extension. We like a laugh!

Our bodies may not work as well as they used to, but our sense of humour... At a recent Coffee Morning, a group of us were chatting and, after much laughter, we came up with the idea of sharing some of our jokes with all visitors to our website. So... If you have some jokes, or amusing observations about life in general, that aren't subject to copyright and are not offensive (racist, sexist, religeous etc), that we can share via this website, please drop us an email. Once we have some content, we'll create a page for things!
